Bangalore A 2-year-old toddler is saved by a Doctor in a private hospital in Bangalore. The baby has swallowed magnets in May, sources said on Thursday.

In the X-Ray of the 2-Year-old baby revealed that he had swallowed 2 magnets out of which one magnet was found in the stomach and another in the abdomen on May 24.

On next consecutive X-Ray on the following day revealed that the twin magnets were located in the boy's intestines. Doctors said this would risk his life and should be removed at soon as possible.

Baby was lucky as both magnets were removed successfully through laparoscopic surgery within time and it was the first case in the hospital where he got operated, said the surgeon. Magnets were small in size of 6mm but were powerful.
