Third death due to corona in Uttara Kannada KIMS Karwar
Karwar Third death has been recorded today who was undergoing treatment in KIMS Karwar.
71 years old lady who had a travel history to Mangalore had admitted to District hospital 3 days back for the treatment of kidney. Due to her illness, she had been kept under ICU for the treatment.
Her family had hidden her travel history and her fever. When she was admitted to ICU due to fever her throat swab was collected for the COVID-19 test and which tested positive. She was later shifted to the COVID ward for treatment on tested positive for COVID-19. As her health status deteriorated she was put on ventilator and she took her last breath tonight.
