SOP FOR CUSTOMER
Check-In time is 12 AM and Check-Out time is 10 AM. No relaxation for check-out time. Every Bag of the customer should be sanitized by sanitizer spray before entry.
Every CUSTOMER should be checked for any kind of handstamp and temperature at the entry gate or Golghar in front of CCTV whichever is convenient and if found symptomatic report it to the owner and don’t allow the customer to the property. It is recommended to call emergency helpline 1075 or 104.
Once the temperature is passed, the customer will stand in the square box maintaining social distance and visit https://dandeli.org/verify and fill up the details of every traveler accompanied along with Aadhar card details. Once the details are filled and paid amount, the customer will collect the key and will proceed to assigned sanitized rooms. Ensure traveler has installed Arogya Setu App and status is safe.
If the customer needs any assistance he will call the manager over the phone and the manager will rectify and do the needful.
Food will be served in respective rooms or galleries only and food should not be consumed in common areas like GolGhar.
If the customer has any issues and if not rectified by the manager, the customer can complain through https://dandeli.org/complain.
Activities slip will be placed inside the room well before check-in.
We provide a single-use plate to avoid the sharing of utensils. Customers should use the dispose bag to dispose of used items and plates etc.
